Job Summary
Provide supportive, person-centered supervision to individuals and team members while maintaining professional boundaries. Assist individuals with daily living needs, support medical requirements including medication administration, and monitor personal finances to ensure a clean, safe living environment. Oversee program operations by managing budgets, location upkeep, equipment, and vehicle maintenance. Supervise staff through scheduling, orientation, team meetings, and performance management while ensuring safe staffing ratios. Complete required documentation, communicate programming updates, and participate in on-call rotation to handle tasks during unstructured shift time. Work Monday through Friday, full-time 40 hours per week, with a starting wage of $22.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of supervisory experience or equivalent education/experience
- Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Must pass a Minnesota Department of Human Services Background Study
