Job Summary
Conduct daily supervision and oversight of all employees at assigned programs, ensuring accurate documentation and effective service delivery. Monitor and coordinate individual care plans, fill direct service shifts, and provide hands-on assistance with daily living tasks including hygiene and mobility. Lead monthly staff meetings, deliver training, and offer mentoring to ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Maintain compliance with regulatory standards while collaborating with internal and external team members. Requires a valid driver's license, computer skills for documentation, and strong communication abilities to follow support plans.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age
- High school diploma/GED equivalent
- A two-year degree in related social services
- Two years of experience working in the field of developmental disabilities
