Job Summary
Direct supervisor of direct support staff; manages interview/orientation/training, ensures health and welfare of individuals with IDD, coordinates schedules, activities, and transportation, communicates with families and professionals, maintains inventory and petty cash, adheres to a professional code of ethics, participates in the on-call system, and supports budgeting for food, household, and operating supplies. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1 year IDD experience, valid driver’s license, and flexibility in hours. Orientation provided; located in Mountville, Williamsport, and Bethlehem offices with mileage reimbursement for orientation travel.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year working experience in programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle to attend trainings, meetings, and/or transport individuals to appointments
- Must be able to work flexible hours
