Job Summary
Program Supervisor to oversee contract quality and compliance for St. John’s Community Health Programs, coordinating across Medical Clinics, Finance, HR, QA, Compliance, and IT to meet contractual/regulatory requirements; responsibilities include recruiting and supervising staff, ensuring patient/staff safety, conducting chart audits and reporting, expanding referral networks, attending trainings and meetings, and upholding SJCH mission and values.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Public Health, Sociology, or a related field
- 2 years supervising a grant funded social service or medical program in an integrated health setting
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Public Health, Sociology, or a related field
- 4 years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree
