Program Supervisor

Job Summary
Program Supervisor will manage day-to-day operations of a behavioral health program, provide guidance and directions to assigned staff (including training, scheduling, and verification of skills/knowledge), and deliver direct services as needed. The role entails ensuring staff adherence to agency policies, coordinating with community partners, participating in program presentations and funder meetings, and maintaining data quality in HMIS. The position requires documenting efforts per policy, reviewing HMIS reports, and representing the program positively.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health preferred
- Minimum of one year of behavioral health related work experience providing direct service in a shelter, transitional, or permanent supportive housing setting
- Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred
- Certified Peer Support Worker or Recovery Coach certification required to be obtained within 90 days of hire
- Current NM Driver’s License (valid and in good standing)
- Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check required
