Job Summary
The Program Supervisor in the Residential Rehabilitation Program oversees the management of program operations, ensuring quality improvement and effective service delivery for clients with serious mental illness. Responsibilities include staff management, budget oversight, compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining positive client relations. A high school diploma and relevant experience are required, along with certifications as a CNA, CMA, or GNA. Candidates should have knowledge of the budgetary process and experience working with older adults with complex medical needs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years’ experience
- Valid state Driver’s License
- Access to a 4-passenger vehicle
- One of the following certifications: GNA, CNA, or CMA
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Supervisory experience
Additional Requirements
- Must possess a valid state Driver’s License with a driving record that meets Sheppard Pratt regulations
- Must have access to a 4-passenger vehicle that meets Sheppard Pratt inspection and vehicle insurance that names employee as insured driver
- Flexibility to adjust schedule to meet program needs including evening or weekends
- Requires On-Call availability
