Job Summary

The Program Supervisor leads daily program operations in a licensed disability-services setting, ensuring programming quality and staff development. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, maintaining participant safety and regulatory compliance, leading recruitment and onboarding, supervising staff, handling incidents and documentation, coordinating community outings and volunteer engagement, and acting as a stand-in for the Program Director when needed. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to work evenings/weekends, with driving responsibilities and mandated reporting duties.

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, sociology, marriage & family, recreation therapy, etc. or 12 ECE (Early Childhood Education) college units any related field or 5+ years of equivalent experience working in developmental disability services, case management, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within disability services or a related setting is required.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience with staff supervision, training, and scheduling is required.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with families, licensing agencies, and regional centers. is required.
  • Valid Driver’s License is required.
  • Ability to obtain First Aid/CPR certification.
  • Successful completion of background (LiveScan) check.
  • Must be able to work evenings/weekends as needed.
