Job Summary
The Program Supervisor will work with youth aged 18-22 years in a supported living community, overseeing the program’s operations and staff. Responsibilities include ensuring the efficient delivery of services to youth with complex mental health, medical, cognitive, and behavioral challenges, aiding in staff training and development, and fulfilling the PM/APM roles in their absence. The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and at least 3 years of experience in residential or supervisory roles, along with strong communication, supervision abilities, and a commitment to the agency's mission.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited educational institution preferred (can be substituted w/experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of residential and/or supervisory experience preferred.
- Driver’s license required.
- Have a legally registered & insured car for work use.
