Program Supervisor - Birch and Mill Creek

Oversees implementation of Individual Support Plans and supervision of Direct Care Counselors within a residential program. Responsible for staffing to meet program needs, coordinating with the Program Director, conducting interviews and evaluating staff, participating in ISP and team meetings, assisting with consumer assessments and goal setting, coordinating medical appointment follow-ups, preparing monthly and quarterly resident reports, handling maintenance requests and petty cash reconciliations, conducting staff meetings and on-call rotations, ensuring program documentation compliance with 6400 Regulations, and facilitating professional therapeutic plan implementations. Requires ability to supervise and manage staff, communicate with professional and medical personnel, and maintain accurate records; must hold a valid driver’s license and have English proficiency. Bachelor’s Degree preferred; at least one year of experience with handicapped individuals and supervisory experience preferred.
