Job Summary
Oversee clinical staff and programmatic development for the Adult/Older Adult Continuum of Care, providing assessments, crisis intervention, and clinical supervision of counseling personnel. Manage a person-driven, interdisciplinary approach addressing mental health functioning, physical health issues, and substance abuse. Maintain a valid CA Driver's License and proof of insurance, with a requirement to obtain a CA LCSW or LMFT license within two years of hire. Gardner Health Services offers a competitive salary range of $98,700 to $110,000 annually. This full-time role is based at the Corporate Office in San Jose, CA, and requires a Master's Degree in Behavioral Science.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Behavioral Science (Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work)
- Valid CA Driver's License and proof of insurance
- Minimum two (2) years of related work experience working with dually diagnosis clients
- Ability to supervise and provide consultation with difficult clients
Desired Qualifications
- State of CA LCSW or LMFT License preferred; must obtain a license within two years of hire/promotion with a signed contingency agreement
- Bilingual/Bicultural preferred
