Job Summary
Program Success Manager role focused on directly engaging with students to drive engagement, retention, and completion through proactive outreach, coaching on study habits and accountability, and empathetic mentorship. You’ll own a portfolio of students, surface risks and wins, collaborate with mentors and support teams, and share actionable insights to improve student outcomes. The role emphasizes building trust quickly, using communication tools (calls, SMS, email) and data to identify at-risk students, motivate progress, and guide them through a meaningful career transition. Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Slack, Google Workspace, and AI-assisted workflows, and a strong track record in advising, customer success, coaching, or consultative sales is expected. The position is remote, student-facing, and requires 3+ years of relevant experience with a focus on relationship-building, accountability, and scalable student support.
