Job Summary
Program Staff needed to support after-school programs across multiple Alaska locations, supervising youth activities, ensuring safety, and providing engagement in arts, sports, and educational activities. Requires reliable transportation to various sites, flexibility to work at different locations, and completion of post-hire certifications (CPR/AED/First Aid, Health & Safety, Food Worker Card, Mandated Reporter). Prior experience with kids in group settings and youth development education is preferred. 2:00pm–6:00pm shifts, approximately 20–25 hours per week, with potential meetings/trainings.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age 16
- Ability to transport self to work
- Be flexible in work assignment
- CPR, AED & First Aid training (provided after hire)
- Food Worker Card
- Mandated Reporter training
- Health & Safety certificate
