Job Summary
Own assigned college relationships for the Program Pathways Mapper, managing the full lifecycle from initial inquiry through go-live, annual curriculum map updates, and ongoing support. Develop deep product expertise to support users effectively, recognize pain points, and surface actionable feedback for product improvements. Lead trainings, deliver product demos, and manage ticket follow-ups with both users and the product team. Prepare adoption reports using Google Analytics and facilitate change management efforts to help users adapt to new processes. Work independently with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure effective coordination and delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 100% Remote within California
- Must reside in California
- Relevant BA/BS, equivalent work experience, or a combination of both
- Minimum of 3 years of related work experience in program support or coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Zoom, and other collaboration tools
- Experience with Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence, Service Desk)
- JIRA for task tracking
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and adherence to brand guidelines
- Ability to develop deep product expertise and serve as a knowledgeable, go-to resource for assigned accounts
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence, Service Desk); JIRA for task tracking preferred
