Job Summary
Advise recognized student organizations on event planning, organizational development, contract negotiation, and budget development through policy guidance and individual meetings. Supervise campus-wide events and manage the implementation of department-wide leadership programs, including Involvement Fairs, annual registration, and training on self-governance, fiscal management, and ethical leadership. Serve as the primary administrator for the student organization management platform to maintain accurate records and track events. Provide leadership, supervision, and professional development for part-time staff, graduate assistants, and undergraduate student staff while managing related program budgets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1–3 years of related experience in community engagement, student affairs, or related areas
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

- Master's degree
- Experience managing budgets and supervising students or volunteers
