Job Summary
Lead the implementation and ongoing management of strategic digital marketing programs across TikTok, Amazon, and paid advertising channels. Coordinate cross-functional teams across Marketing, Creative, Ecommerce, Analytics, Technology, Finance, Sales, and Operations to execute initiatives. Build and manage social commerce programs while establishing KPIs, reporting processes, and repeatable workflows to scale performance. Analyze results to turn data into actionable recommendations and proactively resolve risks and dependencies. Work with external agencies and vendors to implement new marketing capabilities and emerging digital platforms.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, program management, ecommerce, paid media, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience with TikTok Seller Central and/or TikTok Shop and Amazon Seller Central and/or Amazon advertising
- Experience managing paid digital advertising programs
- Experience with marketing analytics, reporting, and performance dashboards
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects or programs
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and ecommerce
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate across teams without relying on direct authority
- A continuous-improvement mindset and willingness to challenge existing processes
