Program Specialist

Coordinate self-sufficiency and job readiness workshop series for ORR-eligible youth and families while also providing ongoing case management services. Schedule and coordinate one-on-one coaching, navigation, and support sessions with participants. Provide translation, interpretation, and navigation support as needed. Support participants with employment readiness activities, youth engagement activities, educational workshops, conferences, and community events. Assist families with housing resources, referrals, connections to community services, and supportive services. Complete eligibility screening, intake, enrollment documentation, and participant assessments. Maintain accurate and organized participant physical files, electronic records, case notes, and service documentation. Conduct outreach activities and collaborate with schools, employers, community organizations, and referral partners. Coordinate supportive services and referrals to ensure participants receive comprehensive assistance. Participate in team meetings and coordinate services with supervisors, management staff, and partner agencies. Prepare reports and maintain compliance with program requirements, grant guidelines, and agency policies. Ensure services are delivered using trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and client-centered approaches. Perform other duties as assigned by the Site Supervisor.
