Job Summary

Inside sales role responsible for converting prospective member inquiries into scheduled and paid consultations. Manages inbound and outbound lead communication across multiple channels, guides prospects through program discovery, and ensures prompt, professional responses. Achieves individual booking targets while maintaining a high standard of member experience from first contact through consultation. Duties include real-time lead queue management, outbound follow-up, discovery conversations to understand health goals, education on program options (Signature, Essential, Online) and GLP-1/ hormone therapy options, closing to a booked consultation with payment collection at booking, and maintaining accurate Salesforce records with KPI tracking and regular coaching.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, consultative sales, customer success, or a high-volume phone-based role
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high-volume lead queue
  • Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment with daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience strongly preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and take accountability for individual results
