Job Summary
Under supervision, processes organization registrations and renewal documents for the Texas Immunization Registry; provides technical and customer-support assistance for provider access and system navigation; conducts data quality assurance on provider and organization data; assists with access testing, user acceptance testing of the ImmTrac2 application, and records management; collaborates with the IIS Unit and Immunization Section on access and functionality; may participate in disaster response or COOP activation and travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or higher
- Experience or exposure to Public Health
