Job Summary
Collaborate with senior leadership to build an AI-first performance strategy for reporting and value-based care execution. Deploy structured project management tools, including playbooks and trackers, to standardize best practices for field teams. Leverage AI workflows to manage multiple priorities while mitigating resource constraints and risks. Manage the ACO's operational cadence by organizing cross-functional meetings and leading strategic discussions. Operate with autonomous execution to support leadership in running internal and external events, including board meetings and conferences. Enhance standard operating procedures, compliance documentation, and practice relationship management data. Serve as a critical bridge between centralized subject-matter experts and field teams to eliminate information silos. Work with Strategy and Operations leads to provide ad hoc data visualizations. Requires a Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience in operations or healthcare management. Proficiency with Google Suite, Salesforce, Monday.com, and AI platforms is essential. Travel 10-25% for market retreats and practice visits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of progressive professional experience
- core focus on operations, healthcare management, or value-based care/risk adjustment environments
- Significant and relevant work experience in lieu of educational requirements
- Proven capability to independently scope, track, and execute multiple simultaneous project workstreams from inception to successful implementation
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- strong stakeholder engagement skills
- demonstrated ability to manage up effectively to regional executives
- High proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- High proficiency with Salesforce
- High proficiency with Monday.com
- solid understanding or experience utilizing and experimenting with AI-based platforms (e.g., Claude Cowork, Gemini)
- experience utilizing and experimenting with reporting tools like Tableau, Jira, or Miro
- Comfortable working remotely within a fast-paced environment
- Ability and willingness to travel 10-25% for market retreats, headquarters alignment, and practice visits
Desired Qualifications
- Professional Project Management Certification (PMP)
- Deep operational understanding across multiple lines of business: Medicare Advantage, MSSP, Medicaid, and Commercial value-based care contracts
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to drive scalability within field operations
