Conduct participant support and supervise program staff by ensuring safety, enforcing fire rules, and managing medication administration. Plan and coordinate educational, recreational, and pre-vocational training programs at the center and in the community while assisting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving personal goals. Facilitate staff meetings, Individual Support Plan reviews, and training sessions to maximize participant involvement. Monitor Accessible Cash Accounts weekly, manage incident investigations, and schedule staff to meet supervision ratios. Operate within the program budget and submit all required paperwork timely.
