Job Summary
Provide program support within Community Based Services, assisting the Program Manager in developing, implementing, and monitoring program goals; serve as a Peer Guide for Direct Support Associates through on-the-job training and orientation; maintain regular contact with assigned DSA for at least six months; assist with required documentation and perform direct support duties including personal care and transportation; promote professionalism and high-quality customer service while escalating feedback to supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Human Services or related field and (1) year of Direct Support experience OR a High School Diploma or equivalent and two years of Direct Support experience
