Job Summary
Lead on-site project coordination for medical teams on tour by organizing staffing models, defining project scopes, and creating resource allocations and schedules. Manage local operator communications, fulfill on-duty supervisor responsibilities, and recruit or assign project personnel as needed. Track project progress using EHR/CAD systems, monitor contract compliance, and report status to leadership while operating with clinical teams at events or remotely. Travel as required to support operations and manage logistics, including supply ordering and schedule gaps. Requires full-time employment with an annual salary of $70,000, located in San Francisco, CA, with immediate hiring available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Unrestricted driver's license
- EMT/EMTP or RN certification by time of appointment
- BLS CPR Certification
- ICS: 100, 200 and 700
- 1+ years of experience in project management or business operations
- Demonstrated experience with operations, administrative and clinical scope of practice
- Basic knowledge of cost and budgetary controls procedures
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, and Smartsheet
- Basic working knowledge of vehicle mechanics and electrical systems
- Demonstrated skill in the successful completion of multiple, simultaneous, and rapidly emergent tasks
- Basic working knowledge of two-way radio communications systems
- Ability to plan projects, including cost, personnel and equipment needs
- Ability to analyze operations and organize their parts into a logical system
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public
- Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Collaborative, customer-focused and able to create visible value
