Job Summary
Program Specialist- Data Systems oversees data systems, digital tools, and processes to support the Community Care Hub, including data integration, database administration, contract administration, and HIPAA compliance. Responsibilities include maintaining and integrating data from delivery partners, designing dashboards/reports, managing delivery partner contracts and monitoring compliance, providing technical support and training to partners, and maintaining digital content and forms. The role may involve field work with travel across the greater Chicagoland area and requires a hybrid work arrangement consisting of office and remote work, with participation in in-office activities and field responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in data collection and analysis, database management, and website management.
- At least 2 years of experience in research or program planning in social services and in developing program evaluation tools.
- Associate's degree in social sciences, human services, public health, data systems, business admin or related area if no job experience
- Demonstrated communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to convey information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong, demonstrated project management skills and experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and PowerPoint; advanced Excel skills; Experience with Power BI, Cumulus, Wix Studio a plus
- Willingness and ability to travel within the greater Chicagoland area (primarily suburban Cook County) regularly
