Job Summary
Oversee contractor network delivering in-home energy assessments and audits for low-income customers, ensuring smooth, high-quality service while adhering to program guidelines and safety standards. Coordinate with community partners and trade allies to schedule visits, track project timelines, and manage field data collection for accurate reporting. Educate customers on energy efficiency measures and available program benefits in a culturally responsive manner. Manage installation of energy-saving devices and weatherization improvements, verifying all work meets quality, health, and safety requirements. Must reside in Mississippi or Louisiana with a valid driver's license. 1-3 years of field, construction, HVAC, or energy efficiency experience required; BPI or HERS certification a plus. Target compensation is $55,000 - $60,000.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant field, construction, HVAC, or energy efficiency experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to customer homes
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without the need for employer sponsorship or support
- Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks
- Reside in Mississippi or Louisiana
