Job Summary
Program Specialist responsible for ensuring the world-class curriculum is implemented in classrooms, mentoring and modeling for teachers, partnering with families, leading staff training and contributing to enrollment, accreditation, and operational goals. This role requires building relationships with families and coworkers, delivering exceptional customer service, and guiding staff toward high-quality early childhood education across our centers. The position involves 75% classroom presence, teaching and mentoring, and aligning programs with center leadership to support children’s learning and development.
Required Qualifications
- Approved State Trainer (preferred)
- NAEYC/NAC knowledge (preferred)
- state licensing knowledge (preferred)
- Meet state specific guidelines for the role
- Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English
