Program Specialist

The Program Specialist will deliver direct services to participants through group facilitation and individualized support, conduct bilingual outreach and engagement activities, and assist in coordinating a quarterly schedule of 12-session groups under the Respect and Responsibilities curriculum. Responsibilities include conducting trauma-informed, strengths-based assessments, providing case management and referrals to public assistance, housing, and other resources, supporting recruitment and retention efforts, developing and maintaining an in-house data collection system, ensuring participant safety and confidentiality, and collaborating with ENDGBV and city partners to align services with broader goals. The role requires strong facilitation skills, cultural competency across Arabic, Bangla, Spanish and/or Urdu-speaking communities, and adherence to confidentiality and mandatory reporting policies; participation in supervision, trainings, and development of informational materials is expected.
