Job Summary
Teach clients daily living skills including personal hygiene, laundry, apartment cleaning, budgeting, meal planning, and medication self-administration. Monitor apartment maintenance, living unit safety, and cleanliness while documenting client progress and services rendered. Escort clients for travel as needed and administer cooking safety tests. Report incidents or behavioral changes to the supervisor and attend training as requested.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Some undergraduate work in psychology
- High school diploma with significant experience in human services
- Good organizational skills
- Good verbal communication skills
- Good written communication skills
