Job Summary
Coordinate, plan, and execute the Career Exploration Camps and Internship activities for Mission Services, including site visits with local school systems. Build and maintain relationships for Career Exploration Camps and Internship opportunities with partners and the Career and Skills Center Manager. Promote programs through outreach and presentations; assist participants (out-of-school youth) with career navigation services; arrange job shadowing, internships, and professional guest visits; provide customer service to diverse stakeholders; ensure timely entry of participant information and confidentiality; and comply with agency standards. Requires a valid driver’s license and ability to operate MS Office applications; bilingual English/Spanish is highly desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred. A degree in human services, business administration, career counseling, workforce development, or a related field is preferred.
