Job Summary
Manage daily site functions by developing a team of youth program leaders, executing curriculum, and leading recruiting efforts for enrollment. Oversee program registration, attendance goals, and budget while maintaining the youth member tracking database and daily staff schedules. Evaluate team performance, administer reviews, and provide ongoing training on classroom management and program facilitation. Establish relationships with school staff and parents to foster collaboration, manage volunteers, and serve as a role model upholding organization guidelines. Ensure all facilitated activities are culturally competent and age appropriate, verifying proper documentation of disciplinary actions and incident reports.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 year direct management experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in program facilitation and implementation
- Minimum of 21 years old
- Valid AZ driver's license
- Dependable vehicle with proof of current AZ registration and valid insurance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem—solving skills
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Consistent ability to say what you mean and do what you say
