Job Summary
Lead installation, commissioning, qualification, and production ramp-up of battery cell manufacturing equipment from tooling setup through stable high-volume output. Own the full lifecycle of manufacturing equipment deployment while ensuring equipment readiness, process capability, and operational stability. Drive execution to meet safety, quality, cost, and schedule targets within a battery or automotive manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- deep experience in equipment installation, commissioning, qualification, and production ramp up within battery, automotive, or other high-volume manufacturing environments
