Job Summary
Site Director for BAM! after-school programs, overseeing on-site STEM, Arts, and Sports enrichment activities, supervising instructors, hiring/training staff, ensuring safety and adherence to BAM! curriculum, coordinating parent communications, developing community partnerships, leading program planning and evaluation, managing enrollment and participation reports, and implementing restorative justice practices within the program; role combines remote mornings with on-site afternoons, requires leadership experience and bilingual Spanish/English skills, and involves collaboration with school staff and operations leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years' experience instructing children in grades K-8
- 2+ years’ experience in a leadership role
- Bilingual Spanish/English required
- Background check required
- Must hold a valid CPR/First Aid Certification or be willing to obtain one
- Must have a valid TB test within the last 4 years or the ability to obtain one
- Ability to lift and carry approximately 20-50 lbs. occasionally
- Reliable transportation and valid Driver’s License or State ID
