Job Summary
Provide coaching and skill development to individuals with disabilities; assist with matching individuals to employment or vocational opportunities; meet with employers to develop work opportunities; ensure individuals are groomed and prepared for employment; deliver work adjustment training to improve work skills, behaviors, interpersonal skills, and ethics to maintain competitive employment; promote communication with community contacts, work sites, and state offices; collaborate with a mission-driven team to help individuals live more independently; participate in fostering successful community-based employment outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license in good standing with access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
