Program Services Job Coach

Coach individuals receiving support through skill development tasks, feedback, and demonstration. Match clients to employment or vocational opportunities by meeting with employers to develop work prospects. Ensure supported individuals are appropriately groomed and attired for employment or task assignments. Provide constructive feedback regarding service plan goals, community employer expectations, and skill development. Deliver work adjustment training to improve work skills, behaviors, interpersonal skills, and ethics. Promote communication with community contacts, work site co-workers, local agencies, and state offices. This role requires a valid driver's license, ability to drive a large van pulling a trailer, and capacity to walk 3-5 miles daily. Full-time positions offer a Monday through Friday schedule from 7:30am to 3:30pm at $18/hour. Sevita provides community-based services to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live independently.
