Job Summary
Conduct day-to-day multi-discipline security support for Air Force Special Access Programs, including continuous assessment of procedures to identify shortfalls and provide recommendations for revising security policies. Ensure strict adherence to the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual, DoD Overprint, and Intelligence Community Directives while assisting in developing and executing approved policies for safeguarding SAP and Sensitive Compartmented Information. Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks to test, training, and operational activities; monitor, report, and track corrective actions from compliance reviews. Brief personnel on security topics, lead facility compliance reviews, and coordinate with security personnel to incorporate lessons learned into the education program. Provide leadership, mentoring, and oversight of team members. Requires Top Secret/SCI clearance, SAP experience, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related area
- 10-12 years of related experience
- Associates Degree in a related area
- 12-14 years of related experience
- 14-16 years of equivalent experience without a degree
- Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC)
- Special Program Security Certification (SPSC)
- Minimum of two years of SAP experience
- Security Clearance Level: Top Secret/SCI
- SAP Information eligible
- consent for Counterintelligence polygraph
