Job Summary
Provide multi-discipline security support for Air Force Special Access Programs (SAPs) and conduct day-to-day analysis for Collateral and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) activities. Ensure strict adherence to the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual and related directives while developing policies for safeguarding SAP and SCI data. Perform continuous assessment of procedures to identify shortfalls, monitor corrective actions from compliance reviews, and conduct facility compliance reviews and close-outs. Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks to test, training, and operational activities; assist in developing and implementing the Operations Security program; and brief personnel on security topics. Coordinate with SAP security personnel to incorporate lessons learned into the education curriculum and provide leadership and mentoring to team members.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related area
- 10-12 years of related experience
- Associates Degree in a related area
- 12-14 years of related experience
- 14-16 years of equivalent experience without a degree
- Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC)
- Special Program Security Certification (SPSC)
- Minimum of two years of SAP experience
- Security Clearance Level: Top Secret/SCI
- SAP Information eligible
- consent for Counterintelligence polygraph
