Job Summary
Administer day-to-day program-level security operations, including processing access rosters, visitor control, and foreign travel reporting. Coordinate classified meetings and briefings while preparing security documentation and reporting incidents to the Security Manager. Support security education and training activities for program personnel. Maintain compliance with customer security requirements and agency standards. Requires active TS/SCI clearance, 10+ years of experience supporting program or special access program security functions, and familiarity with DoD Manual 5205.07 and ICD 705 series. Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- U.S. Citizenship
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years experience supporting program or special access program (SAP) security functions
- Working knowledge of personnel, physical, and information security procedures applicable to SCI and/or SAP programs
- Familiarity with DoD Manual 5205.07 (SAP) and/or ICD 705 series requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining security records and documentation

- CI Polygraph
- Prior experience as a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) or Special Security Officer (SSO)/Special Security Representative (SSR)
- Experience supporting DCSA or IC customer security inspections
- Familiarity with security case management systems (e.g., DISS, NBIS, SIMS, Scattered Castles)
