Job Summary
The Program Security Manager/FSO will oversee the Security program and facility operations for the Mission Applications (MA) group, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Responsibilities include leading the MA Security program, managing facility operations at Aurora, CO and King of Prussia, PA, overseeing personnel security, and addressing Insider Threat situations. The candidate needs to be proactive and possess strong communication skills with at least 5 years of Industrial Security experience and a current Top Secret/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance. Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree and experience in managing Security Professionals.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Industrial Security experience
- Current Top Secret/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance with in-scope background investigation
- CDSE FSO of Processing Facilities certification
- Industrial Security database management (Scattered Castles, DISS, NISS, etc.)
- Experience with National Industrial Security Program (NISP), Department of Defense Special Access Programs (DoD SAP), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) programs
- Effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience providing technical security expertise and oversight for projects in collaboration with customers, Information Technology (IT) and other functional support departments
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong presentation skills with an ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership
- Required to obtain/maintain various accesses and U.S. security clearances
Desired Qualifications
- MS/MA degree within relevant fields such as business, management, or information systems
- Prior experience managing Security Professionals
- ICD 705 / TEMPEST build experience
