Job Summary

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for screening telephone calls, managing client records, recording client funds, supporting service plan processes, and providing all statistics and reports required by the Administrative office. Ideal candidates must possess excellent multitasking abilities, effective communication skills both orally and in writing, and the capacity to handle sensitive situations while maintaining confidentiality.

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Valid Driver's License in good standing required

Desired Qualifications

  • Administrative/clerical experience preferred

Additional Requirements

  • All candidates must be willing to cooperate with inspections and investigations by Oaks Integrated Care and The Department of Human Services.
