Job Summary
Lead the transformation of strategic plans into high-impact programs and projects across multiple business units within a Large Scale strategic program team. Oversee program execution with risk mitigation and timely delivery, utilize data analytics to monitor progress and direct necessary adjustments, build and lead diverse teams, and engage with senior management to provide regular updates. Requires proven ability to lead complex programs, strong data analytics, conflict management, advanced computer literacy, and strategic thinking.
Required Qualifications

- Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics, with ability to interpret models and provide continuous insight for program execution
