Job Summary
VP Program/Project Manager, Reconciliations leading daily reconciliation across cash, positions, and transactions, handling exceptions/escalations and partnering with Trading/Operations/Technology to resolve breaks, drive automation, and maintain control standards. Responsible for governance cadence, senior management reporting, onboarding workstreams, and stabilization post go-live. Supervises analysts/associates, manages capacity and performance, and supports audits/regulatory exams. Focus areas include data quality improvements, workflow optimization, and end-to-end reconciliation operating model enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- Accredited university degree (or equivalent experience)
- Seasoned Markets Operations experience with a strong reconciliations focus (e.g., cash, positions, transaction/activity)
- exception management, break investigation, and resolution
- Proven experience running governance routines and producing senior-level metrics and risk reporting for an operational control function
