Job Summary
Lead overall planning, direction, and success of major programs, systems development efforts, and research initiatives with significant agency impact. Manage sub-programs within larger organizations by defining organization and directing short and long-range plans. Formulate technical approaches, negotiate resources with agency personnel, and establish control over technical milestones, schedules, budgets, and costs. Provide direct support to the Program Manager while overseeing program definition and resource allocation. Requires active Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and 10+ years of experience working within the Team SUB environment. Salary range $133,000–$222,100 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 10 or more years of experience in program/project management
- Active Secret level security clearance
- U.S. Citizenship Required for the purposes of obtaining/holding a U.S. security clearance
- Experience working within the Team SUB environment
