Job Summary
Program/Project Manager within Global Equities Operations Transformation accountable for turning strategic plans into high-impact programs and projects across multiple business units. Drive program execution with risk mitigation, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration. Lead diverse teams, provide regular updates to senior management, and champion process innovation to optimize operational performance. Bring hands-on experience in Global Equities operations, deep product/workflows knowledge, and the ability to translate strategic objectives into practical, executable solutions.
