Job Summary
The Program/Project Manager is responsible for managing and executing daily operations of assigned programs, planning schedules and budgets, and ensuring target profit margins are achieved. Key responsibilities include delivering programmatic oversight, facilitating communication of complex technologies, managing integration forums, and providing subject matter expertise for high priority military exercises. The role requires strong operational management and program analysis skills, and candidates must have prior experience interfacing with government representatives. A Bachelor's degree and substantial experience in government program management are mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a secret security clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of fourteen (14) years' experience managing government programs, of which one (1) year must be supervisory
- Minimum of 10 years' experience managing government programs, of which one (1) year must be supervisory (if possessing a PMP certification)
- Excellent customer service experience and communication skills
- Strong writing and computer skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and other required software
- Ability to interface professionally with all levels internally and externally
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under short deadlines and multi-task
- Must understand and comply with all company policies and procedures and maintain the required level of security clearance
Desired Qualifications
- Program Management Professional (PMP) Training/Certification is a plus
- Prior military service is preferred
