Job Summary
Lead end-to-end program management for design, manufacture, and delivery of cable and connector assemblies in a low-volume, high-mix production environment. Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales) to translate customer requirements into actionable plans, manage scope, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation, and ensure alignment with customer expectations, quality standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100), and business goals. Drive cost control, forecasting, capacity planning, and program-level financial reporting; prepare status reports and KPIs for leadership and customers; mentor project teams and promote Lean/process-improvement initiatives to enhance delivery performance and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of project or program management experience in manufacturing/industrial environments
- Cross-functional team leadership experience
- Experience with manufacturing processes, NPI and customer-facing project management
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
