Job Summary
Lead the delivery of large, complex transformation engagements across multiple industries, including public sector and healthcare. Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects and programs ranging from $600K to $2M, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and client expectations. Establish and maintain program governance, manage scope and change, engage stakeholders, direct project teams, identify and mitigate risks, monitor budgets, and support business development through discovery calls and sales pipeline. Requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and deep knowledge of governance and delivery methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Proven experience managing complex projects and programs, ideally within the $600K–$2M range
- Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies
- Experience with transformation initiatives involving regulatory compliance, operational modernization, and system integration
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- PMP certification (preferred)
