Job Summary
Manage the complete Source-to-Pay lifecycle for telecom and SaaS services within the CCaaS project, acting as the Procurement Subject Matter Expert. Execute sourcing activities including supplier identification, RFx management, commercial negotiations, and purchase order processing through SAP Ariba. Coordinate vendor delivery, resolve billing disputes, and handle critical escalations to ensure SLA compliance and minimize project risks. Collaborate with Solution Architects, Finance, and Operations teams to align on objectives, monitor global supplier performance, and facilitate weekly status calls. Maintain strong relationships with approximately 10 global suppliers to support successful CCaaS deployments and project continuity.
Required Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in IT Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, and Vendor Management
- Basic understanding of Network Infrastructure, Network Devices, and Voice Services (CCaaS)
- Sound knowledge of procurement processes
- Intermediate proficiency in Program Project Management
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies
