Provide solutions to immediate and cross-team challenges while leveraging proficiency in Service Transition and project management frameworks. Collaborate effectively with the team to drive continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience
- Proficiency in Service Transition
- 15 years full time education
- Must be an SME
- Ability to utilize project management software for tracking and reporting
