Job Summary

Prepare, develop, and coordinate the integrated master plan and schedule to meet program objectives, ensuring horizontal and vertical integration across finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality groups. Track plans and schedules, perform risk analysis, and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts using Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management, and other project management techniques. This Level 2 role requires a Secret clearance, a Bachelor's or Master's degree with two years of experience, and a 4/10 work schedule. Located on-site in San Diego or Palmdale, CA, the position supports Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in building next-generation aircraft to protect the country.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 2 years experience in business administration, finance, accounting, financial analysis, and/or industry related field OR Master's degree
  • Active Government Secret clearance or higher (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Program Access within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business needs
  • U.S. Citizenship

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Project and/or IMS
  • Experience with EVMS
  • Experience with schedule analytics and risk assessment tools
