Job Summary
Drive and refine detailed schedule, resource, work, and cost analyses for multiple programs; prepare/integrate the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet program objectives; implement scheduling best practices (including DCMA 14-point IPMR); conduct Schedule Risk Analysis and health metrics; present analysis to leadership; coordinate with cross-functional teams and suppliers; perform IBR and JSR audits; contribute to ongoing program performance and reporting. This role requires collaboration, analytical rigor, and ability to navigate complex schedules across space-sector programs; requires a Top Secret clearance and US citizenship.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of professional experience in program/project planning and scheduling OR Master’s degree with 3+ years in the same field (Level 3)
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years OR Master’s with 6+ years (Level 4)
- Must be able to obtain/maintain U.S. Government Top-Secret security clearance
- Experience with scheduling software (MS Project 2016, Open Plan, PS3, Primavera P6, Milestone Professional, Deltek and SSI Tools)
- Strong PC skills; MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Earned Value Management Systems experience (EVMS) and Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA)
- Ability to work across multiple programs/contracts; interface with functional/supplier teams
- Willingness to travel (~10%)
- US Citizenship
