Job Summary
Perform detailed schedule, resource, work, and cost analysis for multiple programs and contracts. Prepare, develop, and coordinate the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet all program objectives, ensuring horizontal and vertical integration. Implement scheduling best practices including DCMA 14-point IPMR, Earned Value Management System, and Critical Path Analysis. Make recommendations to solve problems, create presentation content, and present to various levels of leadership while interfacing with functional teams, supplier teams, and Program/Project Managers. Conduct weekly status reporting, Integrated Baseline Reviews, and Joint Surveillance Reviews audits. This role supports Northrop Grumman's Space Sector mission in Aurora, CO, focusing on revolutionary systems for national defense and human space exploration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of professional experience in program/project planning and scheduling
- Master's degree with 1+ years of professional experience in program/project planning and scheduling
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of professional experience in program/project planning and scheduling
- Master's degree with 3+ years of professional experience in program/project planning and scheduling
- Strong PC skills
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with scheduling software (i.e., MS Project 2016, Open Plan, PS3, Primavera P6, Milestone Professional, Deltek and SSI Tools)
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance
- U.S. Citizenship

- Experience with resource loading schedules
- Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) experience
- Experience with Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA)
